LetHive: reach the tenants other listing sites turn away

LetHive is a separate product: a marketplace for renters paying with Universal Credit or Housing Benefit, and the landlords who welcome them. It has its own account and works on its own, and you can connect it to STEMHQ so properties and certificates stay in step. Being a STEMHQ customer gets you 25% off.

Why we built it

Landlords on STEMHQ tell us the same thing: they are open to tenants on benefits, but the mainstream listing sites bury them, and the enquiries that do arrive have already been filtered by somebody else’s assumptions. Meanwhile renters on Universal Credit hear no before they have finished the sentence.

LetHive is a plain marketplace for both sides of that gap. Tenants search and enquire for free, forever. Landlords pay a flat monthly fee and choose who they let to, with no scoring or ranking of applicants anywhere in the product.

How the two fit together

Two products, two jobs. STEMHQ runs the tenancy, LetHive finds the tenant, and connecting them is optional.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Is it part of STEMHQ?

No, LetHive is its own product with its own subscription. Connect it to your STEMHQ account and properties and certificates carry across, or run it entirely on its own.

What do tenants pay?

Nothing, ever. Searching, enquiring and messaging are free for tenants. Landlord subscriptions fund the marketplace.

Can I still choose who I let to?

Yes. LetHive shows you every enquiry as it arrives and never scores, ranks or filters people on your behalf.

What happens if I cancel?

Your listings come off the marketplace and your records stay put and stay exportable. Cancelling LetHive does not touch your STEMHQ account.

LetHive is a separate product with its own subscription and account. Connecting it to STEMHQ is optional and can be switched off at any time. It does not select or score tenants, does not give legal advice, and holds no connection to DWP, council or insurer systems. Payment arrangements and notices remain the landlord’s to submit and serve. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
